If you have not received your package within two weeks of your order, please let us know ASAP by emailing us so we can follow it up.
When you find what you love, order it online and we will deliver it to you, anywhere in Australia for free. We deliver from Melbourne, Australia by Australia Post.
Delivery is from 3 -7 business days. With the knock-on effect of the Coronavirus, deliveries are taking longer and we are so grateful for your understanding and kindness.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope fall in love with your purchase! If you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed something, you may return it within 14 days.
Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number. Please include a short description of why you are returning it as this will help us be of better service to you.
We can offer a refund if it is returned in unworn condition, in its original packaging (including printed materials). You will need to return your clothing item and packaging to us within 14 days of it arriving with you. Your return would need to be fully tracked, and tracking details sent to us at email@example.com including order number and full name. Please include a short description of why you are returning it as this will help us be of better service to you.

As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of returns postage.
Once a returned item is received and checked over, refunds will be made within 3-5 days. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email.
Our clothes are made by people, which is why slight variations may be present.
